McSporran's (The Back Hut) makes some allowances for the modern era, but still stays true to Robert Bignell's vision of accommodation that is non-intrusive on the environment.

It is nestled away at the rear of the property and has a second Loft bedroom for those simply unable to find babysitters for their long planned break.

There's a double bed downstairs and two double bed mattresses in the loft.

Entertain yourself with the collection of games, packs of cards, small library of great books, CD player and tape player.

For atmosphere and warmth on those snuggly nights there are wood fires both inside and outside, along with two gas burners inside for cooking and a big outside BBQ.

All cooking utensils are provided - kettle, pans, tongs etc, along with plates, knives forks and the all important wine glasses.

There's also a small stock of salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc and a neighbouring garden where you are welcome to pick your own fresh rosemary, parsley and chives.

Just bring linen, food and your good cheer.
